This website has been around for quite a while. I originally founded Avistra in 2006 as a consulting firm specializing in the aviation industry. The name stood for "Aviation and Surface Transport." Over the years, with a team of up to 15 employees, I provided support and expertise to both public and private clients in numerous research and consulting projects. Following insolvency, I have continued this work as a freelancer for several years.  >>>

The Companion

But times change, and so have I. Over the years, I have come to realize that numbers and facts only represent part of the truth. What has increasingly come into focus for me are the people behind their professional masks, their conditioned behavior patterns, and their perceived confidence. As a couples and relationship coach, I now support individuals in becoming more self-aware, accepting themselves as they are, and taking responsibility for their lives.

The Visionary

And because we can never start too early in bringing more humanity and compassion into our interactions, education is a matter close to my heart. The Montessori Stiftung Berlin, which I co-founded, now operates numerous daycare centers and schools where children and young people learn to take responsibility from an early age.  >>>

The Artist

And as a balance to my work in the external world, I enjoy the peace and relaxation within myself when I create something with my hands. This is where I find time for reflection and can process my experiences. The moments in which I fully immerse myself in my art belong solely to me—without a goal, without expectations, and without the desire to please.  >>>
